SHIPPING & RETURNS
Production & Processing Time
Most of our pieces are made to order and finished by hand
Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for production before shipment if the item is not in stock on our website
Ready-to-ship items are usually dispatched within 2 to 5 business days.
Shipping Carriers & Delivery
If your order includes both made-to-order and in-stock pieces, the full order will ship together once all items are completed.
We are not able to split shipments at this time.
All domestic orders ship via UPS
International orders ship via DHL.
Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees
These charges are not included in the shipping rate and will be billed separately by the carrier.
Order Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Returns
We accept returns on domestic orders within 10 days of delivery for store credit only
Items must be returned unworn, in original condition and packaging
We do not offer refunds.
International orders, custom pieces, and any items marked final sale are not eligible for return.
Return Process
To begin a return, please email support@belenkrol.com with your order number
If the return is approved, we will provide instructions and a return authorization
Items must be shipped within 3 days of receiving authorization.
Customers are responsible for return shipping
Store credit will be issued once the return is received and inspected.
We reserve the right to reject returns that are late, worn, or improperly packaged.
Purchases from Other Retailers
If you purchased a Belén Kröl piece from a stockist or third-party retailer, please reach out to them directly regarding your order.
