1. Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Every piece is handcrafted in our New York studio, shaped and finished one at a time. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for us to make it with care. For ready-to-ship items, orders will typically ship within 2 to 5 business days. If you order a mix of made-to-order and in-stock pieces, the full order will ship together unless requested otherwise.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We ship domestic orders via UPS and international orders via DHL.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes upon delivery.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes — email us at [support@belenkrol.com] as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. If your order is a gift, you may request special wrapping or a handwritten note at checkout, or by emailing us right after placing your order.
2. Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on domestic orders within 10 days of delivery for store credit only. Items must be unworn and in original packaging. We do not offer refunds.
Please note: international orders, custom work, and pieces purchased on sale or from special capsule collections are final sale and not eligible for return.
How do I return something?
To start a return, email [support@belenkrol.com] with your order number. If approved, we’ll send you a return authorization form. Items must be shipped back within 3 days of receiving authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Store credit will be issued once the item is received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Materials & Jewelry Care
What materials do you use?
Our pieces begin with upcycled sterling silver, stamped 925, and often pair with hand-selected stones. Each form is sculpted with intention — rooted in presence, gesture, and quiet strength. All production is small batch and locally made.
How do I care for sterling silver?
To minimize tarnish, store silver jewelry in a dry, sealed pouch or box.
Are the stones fragile?
Our hand-cut stones are natural and delicate. Avoid dropping or striking them. Store carefully and remove jewelry when engaging in physical activity.
